Job Requirements
- must have at least six months experience in a similar capacity
- must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
- must be able to handle a flexible schedule
- must demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making
- must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart
- ability to enter walk-ins of 10 degrees to 140 degrees
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop
- ability to work in standing position for long periods
Job Qualifications
- at least six months experience in a similar capacity

Job Duties
- practice, support, and promote Seventy Six's "We Win Heart Service" culture
- prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area
- ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order and work area is hazard-free
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
- perform other related duties as needed
