Job Requirements

  • at least six months experience in a similar capacity
  • ability to obtain all necessary work cards
  • ability to handle a flexible schedule
  • demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making
  • possess and demonstrate great attention to detail to maintain appearance and operating standards
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart
  • ability to enter walk-ins of 10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without reasonable accommodations
  • ability to reach, bend, and stoop
  • ability to work in a standing position for long periods

Job Duties

  • practice, support, and promote Seventy Six's "We Win Heart Service" company-wide culture
  • demonstrate Seventy Six's service standards at all times
  • prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area
  • ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order and the work area is clean and hazard-free
  • assist in food preparation assignments during off-peak periods
  • perform other related duties as needed
