Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of previous experience in kitchen management
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to communicate occupational-based English both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all required work cards including health permit
- Verify right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Two years of previous experience in kitchen management
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to various situations
- Ability to write effective letters, memos, speeches, and respond to inquiries or complaints
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate occupational-based English both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all required work cards

Job Duties
- Assumes complete charge of the kitchen
- Plan, organize and implement daily assignments
- Maintain knowledge of cook classifications and understand their duties
- Know the proper preparation of all menu items to specifications and guidelines
- Check preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishes and inventory
- Oversee food deliveries and proper rotation of perishable items
- Maintain and enforce sanitation and health department regulations
- Administer disciplinary action and mediate disputes under management direction
- Train, instruct and coach kitchen staff when necessary
- Observe team members during shifts to ensure specifications are met
- Enforce dress code and appearance standards
- Adapt crew to changes in business volume
- Maintain daily production inventory
- Assist in cooking, portioning and cleaning duties
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, policies and federal regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
