Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Basic math skills required
- Must obtain and maintain all necessary work cards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must adhere to company sanitation and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines preferred
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret policy manuals and maintenance instructions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must obtain and maintain necessary work cards

Job Duties
- Wash chinaware, glassware and flatware
- Check all items to ensure cleanliness before use
- Discard chipped, cracked or broken dishware and flatware
- Wipe down stainless steel tables
- Mop floors, clean walls and drains
- Refill detergents used in the area
- Clean glass and dish machines before end of shift
- Refill hot and cold food items when supply runs low
- Set up and break down cook's stations
- Stir, monitor temperatures and prepare vegetables
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace
- Adhere to company sanitation standards
- Provide timely customer service to guests and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
