Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years restaurant experience
  • 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • understanding of hospitality and guest service principles
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience in fast-paced service environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree preferred
  • significant restaurant experience – 3 years minimum, depending on quality of experience
  • 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years prior experience in catering or event planning (preferred)

Job Duties

  • provide active leadership on the floor to ensure seamless service execution and a consistently elevated guest experience
  • oversee daily front-of-house operations across the tasting room, bar, restaurant, retail shop, and tour areas
  • maintain a visible leadership presence during service while focusing on oversight, direction, and problem-solving rather than primary service execution
  • monitor guest flow, pacing, and service standards to ensure operational efficiency and hospitality excellence
  • address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring timely and thoughtful service recovery when needed
  • ensure all service areas maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
  • coordinate with bar, kitchen, host, retail, and tour teams to maintain alignment across departments
