Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a winery, tasting room, upscale restaurant, or craft bar is highly preferred
- Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification or ability to obtain
- California Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a winery, tasting room, upscale restaurant, or craft bar is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Eagerness to learn about wine and craft beer
- Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification or ability to obtain
- California Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests with genuine enthusiasm
- Present menus and expertly guide guests through our wine and beer selections
- Conduct informative and engaging wine tastings, sharing the stories behind our vineyards and winemaking process
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently process payments using our POS system
- Serve beverages, ensuring presentation meets our high standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, confidently answering questions
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, bar service area, and patio areas, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies
- Assist with the setup and breakdown for private events as needed
- Uphold all ABC regulations and responsible beverage service standards
- Other duties as assigned
