Job Requirements

Must be 21 and over
Must be able to lift 40 - 50lbs regularly
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
Must be able to work in high temperatures
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work special events such as barrel tastings and wine club pick up parties
Experience with wine desirable but not essential

Must be 21 and over
Must have excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow direction and abide by standard operating procedures
Strong ability to focus for an entire shift with troubleshooting and prioritizing skills
Positive attitude and good conversational skills
Fluent in English
Ability to engage guests in a clear and professional manner
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multitask in a high paced work environment

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
Prepare all tasting experiences including setting up, stocking and cleaning all rooms
Ensure wine is stocked in tasting room cashier station
Open wine bottles and prep server stations with wine, glasses, collateral and towels to ensure guests' expectations are exceeded
Collect and wash glasses as needed
Carry wine and merchandise to guest's car as needed
Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery
Understand the Bottaia values and service standards and adhere to them
