- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and our Wine Club
- guide guests through wine tastings and retail offerings with thorough product knowledge
- prepare and maintain tasting stations ensuring cleanliness and stock levels
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team with carryout orders and guest services in other areas when needed
- communicate with team members to ensure smooth and memorable service flow
- follow steps of service and assist in daily operations
