Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- Comfortable speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- Learn food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests
- Prepare and maintain tasting station
- Study Cooper's Hawk menu, wines, and retail items
- Restock and maintain product displays
- Support team with carryout orders and guest service
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Welcome guests and tailor experiences using product knowledge
