Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service environments preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage with guests
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Learn about food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests
- Prepare and maintain tasting station, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels
- Restock and maintain product displays regularly
- Assist team with carryout orders and guest service when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service
- Welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wines and Wine Club
- Proactively build guest relationships and invite guests to join Wine Club
