Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- learn food, wine, and retail offerings to guide guests confidently
- prepare and maintain clean, stocked tasting stations
- study the menu, retail items, and wines
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team tasks like carryout orders and guest service
- communicate with team members for smooth service flow
- welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and the Wine Club
- build relationships with guests to create memorable moments
- share the story of Cooper's Hawk and invite guests to join the Wine Club
- introduce tastings and special retail items to enhance guest experience
