Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- Comfortable speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- Learn food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest
- Prepare tasting stations and keep them clean and stocked
- Restock and maintain product displays
- Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth, memorable service
- Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations
- Welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and the Wine Club
