Job Requirements

High school diploma or similar
Valid/current OLCC and Food Handler's Card or willing to obtain
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-site winery events
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
Ability to lift 40lbs and navigate stairs and hilly terrain
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Use discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team
Motivated to identify and resolve issues independently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid/current OLCC and Food Handler's Card or willing to obtain
Excellent communication skills
Highly developed organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
Knowledge of Commerce 7, TOCK, Square and Google Suites a plus
Ability to educate customers about wine
Experience in event coordination preferred
Familiarity with hospitality and wine industry terminology

Job Duties

Lead sales and operations of private and offsite events
Support or act as a Tasting Room Associate or Concierge during peak times
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing vendors
Work with key team members to execute annual winery events
Respond promptly to event inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
Tour potential clients and assemble event proposals and plans
Manage event contracts, deposits, payments, and staff scheduling
Execute assigned events according to event orders and plans
Coordinate event staff for setup, execution, and tear down
Assist with communication and coordinate with TRR Leads and Regional Operations Manager
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, caterers, and event planners
Plan, staff, and license offsite events as approved
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
Collaborate with Tasting Room Leads on TOCK management for events
Use programming tools for event execution
Communicate event needs with the team regularly
Coordinate event planning and promotion with Marketing
Conduct post-event reviews and submit event calendars
Act as PIC when scheduled in the tasting room
Handle purchasing transactions including cash register and end-of-day reporting
Perform opening and closing procedures
Increase collection of contact cards
Manage office administration and meeting minutes
Distribute event plans in advance
Educate customers about wine enthusiastically
Promote sustainable and green practices
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
