Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Food service and MAST permits are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for wine and a desire to share that knowledge with others
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

  • Seating guests and taking food and beverage orders
  • Delivering food and beverages to guests
  • Performing customer wine tastings at bar and table
  • Conducting wine and club sales
  • Hosting large groups and tours
  • Assisting customers with purchases and carrying items to vehicles
  • Answering phones and managing telephone wine orders and reservations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of tasting room and dining areas
  • Stocking inventory and cleaning bathrooms
  • Washing dishes and glassware
  • Operating POS system and handling cash transactions
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Tasting Room Manager
