Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Food Service and MAST Permits are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wine and a desire to share that knowledge with others
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Job Duties
- Seating guests and taking food and beverage orders
- Delivering orders and bussing tables
- Performing customer wine tastings at bar and table service
- Conducting wine and club sales
- Hosting large groups or tours
- Assisting customers with purchases and transporting purchases to vehicles
- Handling telephone orders, reservations and providing general customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of tasting room, dining areas, and restrooms
- Operating POS system and handling cash transactions
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Tasting Room Manager
