Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with mid-size full service or select service hotels
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel and stay on site at hotel
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, kneel
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with mid-size full service or select service hotels
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience in financial and operational oversight
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Exercise managerial skill in decision making, meeting deadlines, and contract negotiation
- Restructure property operations to consolidate functions and align responsibilities
- Stabilize operations, processes and procedures
- Ensure budgets and monthly forecasts are prepared and reviewed
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across departments
- Build a talent-based organization through team member selection and development
- Monitor occupancy, rates and demand forecasts and recommend pricing strategies
- Participate in sales strategy development and investigate revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
