Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years kitchen management experience
- minimum 5 years cooking experience
- culinary or hospitality degree or certification preferred
- solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
- leadership and team training experience
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina to stand long hours and lift heavy items
- ability to work in hot or humid environments and extended shifts
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years kitchen management experience
- 5+ years cooking experience
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- good working knowledge of sanitation standards and food preparation
- ability to understand and meet financial goals
- strong communication skills with public and team members
- proven leadership and training ability
- willingness to set high kitchen standards by example
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
- flexibility to work extended hours in varying temperatures

- maintain sanitation standards and food safety protocols
- lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- manage kitchen inventory and control food costs
