Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive and stable culinary management experience
  • Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite for extended assignments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships
  • Leadership skills to motivate and mentor kitchen teams
  • Willingness to temporarily fill Executive Chef roles as needed
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency

Job Qualifications

  • AOS and/or formal culinary degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive culinary management experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in hotel and outlet culinary operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and food costs
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to new environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee implementation of culinary tools, systems, and standard procedures at various properties
  • Assist with all food operations including cooking and menu development in collaboration with property Executive Chefs
  • Train and supervise culinary staff to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with hotel and kitchen management to improve efficiency, cleanliness, teamwork, and control food costs
  • Temporarily fill Executive Chef role when necessary
  • Support properties during leadership transitions and peak operation periods
  • Maintain high standards of culinary quality and guest satisfaction
