Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive and stable culinary management experience
- Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite for extended assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships
- Leadership skills to motivate and mentor kitchen teams
- Willingness to temporarily fill Executive Chef roles as needed
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
Job Qualifications
- AOS and/or formal culinary degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years progressive culinary management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in hotel and outlet culinary operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and food costs
- Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to new environments
Job Duties
- Oversee implementation of culinary tools, systems, and standard procedures at various properties
- Assist with all food operations including cooking and menu development in collaboration with property Executive Chefs
- Train and supervise culinary staff to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with hotel and kitchen management to improve efficiency, cleanliness, teamwork, and control food costs
- Temporarily fill Executive Chef role when necessary
- Support properties during leadership transitions and peak operation periods
- Maintain high standards of culinary quality and guest satisfaction
