Job Requirements

  • minimum five years of progressive culinary management experience
  • prior fine dining experience
  • ability to travel extensively and stay onsite for undetermined lengths of time
  • strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • high degree of patience and accountability
  • ability to represent corporate values
  • reliable and accountable
  • able to pass a criminal background check
  • eligible for employment verification through E-Verify

Job Qualifications

  • aos and/or formal culinary degree preferred but not required
  • minimum five years progressive and stable experience in culinary management and kitchen operations
  • prior fine dining experience required
  • ability to develop working relationships with co-workers and departmental leaders
  • leadership skills to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
  • strong judgment and accountability
  • ability to work onsite for extended periods
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee implementation of company tools, systems, and standard procedures
  • assist with all food operations including cooking and menu creation
  • collaborate with executive chefs and property leadership
  • train and supervise culinary staff
  • improve efficiency, cleanliness, teamwork, and control food costs
  • temporarily fill executive chef role when needed
  • represent corporate office while onsite
