Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary management experience
- Ability to travel extensively and remain on-site for undetermined periods

Job Qualifications
- Formal culinary degree or AOS preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive and stable experience in culinary management and kitchen operations
- Ability to learn and engage fully with hotel and outlet operations
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and mentor kitchen leadership and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with co-workers and departmental personnel
- Adaptability to extensive travel and varying work environments
Job Duties
- Oversee the implementation of culinary tools, systems, and standard procedures at assigned properties
- Assist with all food operations including cooking and creation of new menu items in collaboration with Executive Chef and property leadership
- Train and supervise culinary staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork
- Work closely with hotel and kitchen management to improve operational efficiency, food cost control, and overall culinary performance
- Fill in temporarily as Executive Chef at properties when needed
- Support new properties and locations undergoing leadership transitions or requiring additional support during peak periods of operation
- Travel extensively and remain on-site at various properties until operational stability is achieved
