Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations management
  • ability to travel up to 90 percent of the time
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and assignments
  • ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

  • experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
