Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations management
- ability to travel up to 90 percent of the time
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and assignments
- ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
