Job Duties

  • supporting hotel properties and staff through interim management
  • providing hotel coverage during staff absences or transitions
  • conducting training sessions for hotel employees
  • assisting with new hotel openings and launch activities
  • managing special projects and operational initiatives
  • ensuring compliance with company and franchise standards
  • promoting company values and initiatives among hotel teams
