Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
minimum 5 years of general manager experience in branded hotels
willingness to travel extensively and be on the road for at least two weeks at a time
strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
background check clearance

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership skills
extensive general management experience with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Choice, and IHG
strong operational and administrative management capabilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multi-property assignments
adept in problem-solving and decision making
