Job Duties

  • Supervising and managing staff including hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring employees
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies including tracking stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment, and managing vendor relationships
  • Overseeing daily operations such as opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
