Job Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • at least 5 years of management experience in hospitality
  • demonstrated success in revenue growth and financial management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • experience with budgeting and financial management
  • experience working within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott
  • prior experience in a Task Force or multi-unit/franchise environment is preferred
  • knowledge of extended stay hotel operations is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Assume full operational responsibility as the Acting General Manager for assigned hotels
  • develop and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives including P&L management and daily bank deposits
  • manage, supervise, and motivate hotel staff while creating accurate weekly schedules
  • ensure the highest standards of guest service through daily inspections and maintenance oversight
  • complete and submit weekly site reports and participate in corporate calls
  • facilitate smooth transitions for incoming permanent General Managers
  • maintain property stability through strategic leadership and hands-on team management
