  • must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties

Job Duties

  • travel 100 percent of the time
  • provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel
  • collaborate with corporate support teams to develop and deliver execution plan
  • escalate challenges preventing execution of processes and procedures
  • optimize financial performance using provided tools and guidelines
  • maintain all levels of service according to regional directives
  • ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • coach, counsel, and motivate employees
  • provide hands-on leadership to maximize revenue and control expenses
  • meet financial review dates and corporate programs timely
  • tour operating departments daily and adjust via department heads
  • read and evaluate financial reports
  • ensure department heads execute approved staffing levels and schedules
  • ensure training in service standards takes place in each department
  • process invoices daily using approved accounts payable platform
  • ensure cleanliness and maintenance through inspections and preventative maintenance
  • interview final candidates for vacant positions
  • provide consistent, documented feedback
  • ensure front of house presence during peak periods
  • complete required corporate training and certifications
  • perform other duties as required
