Job Duties
- Provide leadership and development by selecting, training, counseling, and motivating a small team of 6-8 employees, including assisting team members as needed
- Promote and deliver exceptional guest services, including monitoring cleanliness and resolving guest-related concerns promptly
- Develop, administer, and control property revenue and budget expenses, including managing monthly inventories, ordering, and receiving goods
- Analyze Profit & Loss and General Ledger statements, submitting P&L Variance Reports timely
- Facilitate Sales & Marketing efforts to achieve revenue and maximize profitability through knowledge of hotel and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain rapport with competitive properties, city conventions, visitor bureaus, chambers of commerce, target accounts, lead sources, and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
