Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively to various extended stay hotels on a scheduled basis
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, Marriott
- Prior experience in a task force or multi-unit franchise environment
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight as acting general manager
- Drive financial results through P&L management and sales execution
- Lead and coach the hotel team by managing schedules and handling disciplinary actions
- Oversee quality and guest experience including daily inspections of vacant rooms
- Ensure property maintenance and high customer service standards
- Submit weekly site reports and participate in corporate calls
- Facilitate smooth transitions for incoming permanent general managers
