Job Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively to various extended stay hotels on a scheduled basis
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Experience within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, Marriott
  • Prior experience in a task force or multi-unit franchise environment

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight as acting general manager
  • Drive financial results through P&L management and sales execution
  • Lead and coach the hotel team by managing schedules and handling disciplinary actions
  • Oversee quality and guest experience including daily inspections of vacant rooms
  • Ensure property maintenance and high customer service standards
  • Submit weekly site reports and participate in corporate calls
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for incoming permanent general managers
