Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of hotel General Manager experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and development by selecting, training, counseling, and motivating a small team of 6-8 employees including stepping in to assist them as needed
- Promote and deliver exceptional guest services including monitoring cleanliness and promptly resolving guest-related concerns to ensure a "Guest Ready" status
- Develop, administer, and control property revenue and budget expenses including monthly inventories, ordering, and receiving goods
- Analyze profit and loss, general ledger statements, and submit variance reports in a timely manner
- Facilitate sales and marketing acumen to achieve revenue and maximum profitability through knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain rapport with competitive properties, City Conventions, Visitors Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, target accounts, lead sources, clients, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
