Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years hotel management experience
- willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong commitment to company core values
- flexibility to adapt to different hotel environments
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Fill in for general managers in their absence
- support general managers during busy periods
- lead hotel teams by applying leadership, management, and accountability principles
- oversee overall hotel operations including finance, revenue, sales, guest service scores, brand standards, and human resources
- assist properties with guest service score improvements
- manage quality assurance and housekeeping efficiency
- provide operational excellence system assistance
