Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years hotel management experience
- ability to travel extensively (85-90%)

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles
- proven leadership skills in managing multi-property or regional operations
- strong financial acumen including budgeting, payroll, and revenue management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with hotel operational systems such as Medallia, ADP payroll, Verian procurement, and ESU
- ability to coach and mentor teams to achieve service and operational excellence
- demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and staff performance
- knowledge of employment laws and human resources best practices
- capacity to manage multiple projects and travel up to 90 percent of the time
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction for a specific hotel in the absence of the General Manager or District Manager
- share Manager On Duty responsibilities during off hours with AGM/GM
- perform daily management and sales duties to ensure optimal property operation
- work closely with regional leadership, training and standards, and corporate to identify coaching opportunities
- demonstrate and promote a commitment to providing excellent guest and employee experiences
- coach and support property management and associates on customer service culture
- provide direction and leadership to maximize revenues and EBITDA flow through
- provide training and guidance on operational systems such as Medallia, ADP, Verian, and ESU
- monitor collection of in-house guest balances, receivables, commission payments, and manage financial activities including reconciliations
- manage labor standards and property expenses to achieve profitability
- collaborate with local sales, revenue management, and operations teams on sales and marketing activities
- motivate, recruit, and train employees per company standards
- manage employee personnel processes including hiring, evaluations, coaching, terminations, and payroll
- perform duties across all hotel operations as needed
- resolve guest-related issues aligning with company goals
- monitor monthly inventory and ensure budget compliance on purchases
- communicate policies and procedures to staff
- inspect and document property repairs and cleanliness
- assist with management turnover for smooth transitions
- conduct internal audits and property reviews
- explore areas of concern as directed by leadership
- complete property assignments and projects timely
- travel extensively as required
