Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or similar role
- Proven ability to lead and manage hotel operations
- Availability to travel 85-90% of the time
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operational systems such as Medallia, ADP, and Verian
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service
- Flexibility to adapt to varied hotel environments and challenges.

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction in the absence of the General Manager or District Manager
- Share Manager On Duty responsibilities during off hours and perform daily management and sales duties
- Work closely with regional leadership, training and standards, and corporate to identify coaching and mentoring needs
- Demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to guest and employee experience
- Coach and support property management and associates on customer centric service culture
- Provide training and guidance on operational systems including Medallia, payroll (ADP), Procurement (Verian), and ESU
- Monitor collection of guest balances, direct bill receivables, commission payments, and issue refund checks
- Manage financial accounts reconciliation and explain financial activities
- Manage labor standards and property expenses to maximize profitability
- Partner with local sales, revenue management, and operations teams to coordinate sales and marketing
- Motivate, recruit, and train employees according to company standards
- Manage employee personnel records including hiring, evaluations, coaching, terminations, and payroll
- Perform duties in all hotel operations when needed
- Resolve guest-related issues aligning with company goals
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment ensuring purchases within budget and approved vendors
- Communicate policies and procedures to staff
- Inspect and document property repairs and cleanliness to ensure timely completion
- Assist with management turnover for smooth transitions
- Conduct internal audits and property reviews as necessary
- Explore specific issues as directed by regional leadership
- Complete all properties assignments and projects timely
- Travel extensively (85-90%) as required.
