Job Duties

  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • oversee the planning and execution of menus including pricing and portion control
  • manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement
