Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of cooking experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • valid food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • understanding of financial targets and results
  • commitment to food safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications
