executive chef experience at a 4-star hotel or resort for a minimum of 10 years
standing continuously for 8 plus hours
lifting 20 pounds
balance multiple priorities successfully
strong communication skill
solution oriented
union management a plus

Job Qualifications

executive chef experience at a 4-star hotel or resort
strong leadership skills
knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
understanding of health department regulations and liquor laws
proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff
experience in banquet and à la carte service
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

lead culinary team effectively
oversee food preparation including cooking, light butchering, desserts, banquets, and à la carte
manage food inventory, ordering, and costing
ensure adherence to food safety and liquor laws
provide training and development for kitchen staff
maintain attention to detail with speed and accuracy
collaborate with team members to meet guest service expectations
