- Executive chef experience at a 4-star hotel or resort for a minimum of 10 years
- Ability to stand continuously for 8 plus hours
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Ability to balance multiple priorities successfully
- Strong communication skill
- Solution oriented
- Union management experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Operate in a full service establishment
- Handle all aspects of cooking including light butchering and dessert preparation
- Manage banquet and a la carte food services
- Monitor food inventory, ordering, and costing
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Understand and meet guest service needs
- Identify and provide departmental training
- Ensure compliance with health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
- Adapt to a variable schedule and shift length
