Job Requirements

Executive chef experience at a 4-star hotel or resort for a minimum of 10 years
Ability to stand continuously for 8 plus hours
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Ability to balance multiple priorities successfully
Strong communication skill
Solution oriented
Union management experience is a plus

Job Duties

Operate in a full service establishment
Handle all aspects of cooking including light butchering and dessert preparation
Manage banquet and a la carte food services
Monitor food inventory, ordering, and costing
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Understand and meet guest service needs
Identify and provide departmental training
Ensure compliance with health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
Adapt to a variable schedule and shift length
