Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- minimum 6 years of progressive culinary experience including supervisory or management roles
- proven success managing high-volume operations as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- ability to stand for extended periods and work up to 10-hour shifts
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- willingness and ability to travel over 50 percent of the time including air and ground travel
- fluent in English
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with culinary and operational technology platforms preferred
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to sustainability and personal growth
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive culinary experience including supervisory or management roles in resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant settings
- proven success as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef managing high-volume operations
- culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- strong understanding of menu engineering, food costing, and budgeting
- familiarity with Google Suite, POS, inventory and other industry-specific technology platforms preferred
- hands-on culinary leadership with ability to run all stations in a high-volume kitchen
- tech-savvy and adaptable to culinary, operational, and reporting platforms

- calm and solutions-oriented under pressure

- highly organized with understanding of inventory, cost management, and labor controls

Job Duties
- Lead and support property culinary teams across multiple locations, ensuring continuity and adherence to culinary standards
- execute daily kitchen operations including menu planning, purchasing, vendor management, staffing, and training
- cross-train, mentor, and empower teams to elevate their technical skills, efficiency, and collaboration
- implement and maintain culinary systems to ensure operational consistency
- oversee food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance including compliance with health codes
- manage ordering, receiving, and inventory to control food and labor costs within budget
- analyze profit and loss statements and operational reports to drive profitability
- partner with Corporate Executive Chef and property leaders to refine and execute seasonal and local menus
- ensure all recipes, training materials, and menu documentation remain current and accurately implemented
- foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive kitchen culture
- represent the brand as a passionate ambassador of values and community commitment
