Job Duties
- Oversee banquet kitchen operations including menu planning and food preparation
- Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff effectively
- Implement strategic leadership to optimize kitchen productivity and quality
- Monitor and control inventory to reduce waste and manage costs
- Coordinate with event planners and other departments for seamless banquet service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all kitchen activities
- Utilize POS systems to manage orders and billing accurately
