Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
Level 1 or higher certification from Court of Master Sommelier or equivalent required
Proficiency with Aloha, Avero, Infogenesis, OpenTable, and ADP/eTime payroll or similar systems
Strong skills in budgeting, expense management, inventory control, payroll, labor costing, staffing, marketing, owner relations, and profit and loss management
Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically with consistent integrity
Ability to interpret varied instructions and exercise independent judgment
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food and Beverage
Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
Level 1 or higher certification from Court of Master Sommelier or equivalent
Excellent skills in budgeting, expense management, inventory, payroll, labor costing, staffing, marketing, owner relations, PL management
Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations with integrity
Strong judgment and discretion in decision-making
Experience with Aloha, Avero, Infogenesis, OpenTable, and ADP/eTime payroll systems

Job Duties

Provide restaurant guests with friendly and professional service
Ensure excellent food quality and strong price value
Maintain consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment
Develop and implement an annual marketing plan
Achieve budgeted revenues and manage expenses to improve profitability
Monitor cost control in inventory, sales, and payroll
Increase guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding products and service
Direct daily staff activities and assignments
Supervise the Executive Chef and oversee food quality and presentation
Manage property-wide banquet and catering operations
Collaborate with Sales Department on F&B minimums and selling guidelines
Partner with Director of Sales and Director of Catering on marketing strategies
Lead banquet operations including managerial and captain oversight
Review and approve menus and pricing for outlets and catering
Evaluate food products, employee performance, and product development
Develop pricing strategy and manage procurement of liquors and wines
Oversee capital planning and maintenance of physical assets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct interviews, hire, train, assign work, appraise performance, and coach employees
Address complaints and solve problems
