Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED
- one year security experience, or BA in Criminal Justice or related field, or honorable military service
- experience in both independent work and interacting with public preferred
- some sites may require additional experience or certifications
- previous employment must be verified through background vendor for applicable roles
- provide proof of employment if previous employment cannot be confirmed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols
- monitor CCTV
- respond to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies or incidents
- monitor for suspicious activity and threats to the property and occupants
- receive phone calls and dispatch response in a timely manner based on priority
- maintain a detailed log of activities
- complete detailed reports including incident and medical reports
- maintain package operations
- answer phones with positive spirit
- effectively communicate with residents and members of management
