Job Requirements

Completed high school diploma or GED
minimum one year security experience or BA in Criminal Justice or related field or honorable military service
ability to perform physical duties including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong alertness and ability to work under pressure
effective communication skills
ability to monitor surveillance equipment and respond to emergencies

Job Qualifications

Completed high school diploma or GED
experience in both independent work and public interaction preferred
minimum one year of security experience or BA in Criminal Justice or related field or honorable military service
some sites may require additional certifications or experience

Job Duties

Conduct interior and exterior patrols
monitor CCTV
respond to emergency situations such as fire alarms and medical emergencies
monitor for suspicious activity and threats to property and occupants
receive phone calls and dispatch responses based on priority
maintain detailed activity logs
complete detailed incident and medical reports
maintain package operations
answer phones with positive spirit
effectively communicate with residents and management
