Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a serving role preferred
- Must be able to work Sundays regularly
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Knowledge of craft beers preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of beers
- Ensure the taproom is safe and inviting
- Assist customers with beer selections
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the taproom
- Work part-time shifts including Sundays and fill in as needed
- Foster a fun and engaging environment for patrons
