Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Preferred experience in various restaurant roles such as server, host, bartender
  • Knowledge of craft beer or serious interest in craft beer styles and industry
  • Passing Level 1 (Certified Beer Server qualification) of Cicerone program within 6 months of employment
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Self-motivated with leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, stressful environments and customer complaints
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in various restaurant roles such as server, host, or bartender preferred
  • Knowledge of craft beer or serious interest in understanding craft beer styles and the industry
  • Passing Level 1 (Certified Beer Server qualification) of Cicerone program within first six months of employment
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Self-motivated with aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations and customer complaints calmly
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize workload

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including supervising restaurant staff, employee hiring and training, and daily maintenance of the restaurant
  • Work with the General Manager and restaurant management team to establish a strong team culture and create policies and procedures to continually run day-to-day operations and exceed guest expectations
  • Collect, evaluate and respond to guest feedback as needed
  • Ensure a smooth front-of-house operation at all times and step in to lead and assist staff during busy, peak times
  • Assist General Manager with all sales and reporting tracking and contribute to preparation of reports to share with senior leadership
