Job Requirements

  • Must have valid food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance
  • Must complete a satisfactory background check
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements and cost control
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to take direction and execute team objectives
  • Must maintain confidential company information

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Possession of food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Plan and lead shift meetings
  • Build camaraderie among team members
  • Coach team members during shifts
  • Monitor and report employee relations issues
  • Ensure team member and guest safety compliance
  • Model hospitality and engage with guests
  • Handle guest complaints effectively
  • Utilize compliance systems and manager tools
  • Perform administrative manager functions as needed
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Enforce food safety and HACCP standards
  • Assist with new program rollouts
  • Manage audio-visual equipment
  • Manage shift labor and breaks
  • Support team members during guest service
  • Safeguard restaurant assets
  • Manage sales and profit goals
