Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Possession of food handler certification
  • Possession of alcohol dispensing certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Passion for teaching and team development

Job Duties

  • Plan and lead shift meetings
  • Build camaraderie among team members
  • Handle shift-by-shift coaching of team members
  • Keep supervisor informed of employee relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
  • Model hospitality skills and engage with guests
  • Handle guest complaints effectively
  • Utilize compliance systems for shift execution
  • Conduct administrative tasks including invoice entry and end of day procedures
  • Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Manage audio-visual experience
  • Manage shift labor and break schedules
  • Support team members in guest service
  • Safeguard restaurant assets
  • Execute new product and marketing promotions
  • Manage sales and profit goals including labor and food cost management
