Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to work long hours on feet
- ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 165 lbs
- ability to crouch, bend, lift, climb stairs, and reach
- TIPS certification required or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced taproom environment
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of relevant experience preferably in a bar or taproom
- TIPS certification required or acquired within 3 months of hire

Job Duties
- Serve guests and assist coworkers
- stock beer and merchandise
- recommend food menu items with beer pairings
- bartend including beer presentation and quality standards
- perform routine draft system duties such as changing kegs and adjusting nitro
- open and close cash drawers and reconcile totals
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom including entrance, patio, and bathrooms
- process and run orders through POS
- assist with seating guests and running food
- manage to-go order preparation
- handle problematic guest situations
- act as liaison for outside contractors
- check temperature, lighting, music, and overall guest experience during shifts
