Job Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience as a cocktail server or food server
- must be 21 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of state alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- Six plus months of prior experience as a cocktail server and/or food server in a similar environment is preferred
- knowledge of various cocktail recipes and beverage service standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Take orders and efficiently serve food and drinks, including garnishing and serving cocktails to guests
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to accurately respond to guest inquiries
- perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, folding cocktail napkins, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned stations
- resolve guest complaints within your authority and refer more complex issues to management or security as necessary
