Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of experience as a cocktail server or food server
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of state alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

  • Six plus months of prior experience as a cocktail server and/or food server in a similar environment is preferred
  • knowledge of various cocktail recipes and beverage service standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Take orders and efficiently serve food and drinks, including garnishing and serving cocktails to guests
  • maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to accurately respond to guest inquiries
  • perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, folding cocktail napkins, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned stations
  • resolve guest complaints within your authority and refer more complex issues to management or security as necessary
