Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays between 1 pm and 12:30 am
- Prior experience in a restaurant as a busser or food runner preferred
- Previous experience in high volume, fast paced restaurant operations preferred
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry items safely
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a busser or food runner in a restaurant environment preferred
- Experience in fast paced, high volume restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Maintain tables/chairs, station, floors and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Run food as required by the department
- Support food servers by clearing and resetting tables
- Assist with timely food delivery to guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service and address guest needs promptly
