Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • two years of bartending experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours according to business needs
  • ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of various liquor brands and beverage preparation techniques
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes
  • provide food service as needed
  • ensure accurate cash handling and reporting
  • maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized bar
  • clean equipment and tools
  • ensure all items are in good working condition
  • stay knowledgeable about menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
  • provide informed recommendations and exceptional guest service
  • support team operations by mentoring apprentice bartenders and bar porters
  • maintain bar inventory levels
  • resolve guest concerns
