- willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- two years of bartending experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours according to business needs
- ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of various liquor brands and beverage preparation techniques
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes
- provide food service as needed
- ensure accurate cash handling and reporting
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized bar
- clean equipment and tools
- ensure all items are in good working condition
- stay knowledgeable about menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
- provide informed recommendations and exceptional guest service
- support team operations by mentoring apprentice bartenders and bar porters
- maintain bar inventory levels
- resolve guest concerns
