Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • willing to work an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability during hours of operation: Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-11:00pm, Thursday and Sunday 11:00am-11:00pm, Friday-Saturday 11:00am-12:00am
  • minimum of two years of bartending experience preferred
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • strong interpersonal and guest service skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate a POS system

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of beverage recipes and drink preparation
  • ability to mentor and support team members
  • cash handling and basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes
  • provide food service as needed
  • ensure accurate cash handling and reporting
  • maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized bar by cleaning equipment, tools, and ensuring all items are in good working condition
  • stay knowledgeable about all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to provide informed recommendations and exceptional guest service
  • support team operations by mentoring Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters
  • maintain bar inventory levels
  • resolve guest concerns
